What I get in my life from books & others

I'm lucky that I have the habit of reading. In my life good things what I've got or getting are from books & from my parents.I'm responsible for events those acted wrong with me. No one ever harmed me. I suffered or still suffering for my own doings. I'm a father of three children. What I'm giving them? Actually nothing except love.But in this hard life can simple love able to make a life fulfill? I know it's impossible. To buildup a proper life money is compulsory option.
I've ruined my life but I wish no ones life will be collapsed as mine.I hope everyone along my loving children will be successful in their future life.
Now at the age of forty I can realize that one should be sincere to their responsible work & always take advise from good books & parents. How worse you may be your father & mother always ready to forgive your wrong doings.At last they will give you shed & shelter.
I want to start my life once again from the beginning. I want to do something good & profitable for my family. Only one way ahead me & this is I think starting a book business. But remember I have not enough money & securities for loan. So please give me your suggestion or any kind of help.

আমাদের দেশের রাজনীতি একটু অন্যরকম।একে আপনারা স্বারথের কিংবা প্রতিহিংসার রাজনীতি বলতে পারেন।বরং এর চেয়েও খারাপ কিছু হতে পারে।তানাহলে primary বা secondary লেভেলের পাঠ্য বই এর শিক্ষণ বিষয় নিয়ে রাজনীতি হবে কেন? 3 হতে 10 class এর সমাজ বই বদল করে নতুন নাম দেয়া হয়েছে বাংলাদেশ ও বিশ্বপরিচয়।কিন্তু এই বই পরলেই যে কেউ বুঝতে পারবে এখানে কোন রাজনৈতিক মত প্রকাশ পেয়েছে। বই গুলো পড়ে দেখুন।

THE COLOR OF MY LIFE

I'm getting old. I can see it clearly when I look myself into a mirror. My hair is turning white & reducing in number. Also my eye sight becoming poor. But in my mind I still have the same enthusiasm for anything that I had at the age of 21. 
What a strange life I'm been through! I have completed my education from Rajshahi University. I read there Biochemistry & Genetics. But my professional carrier started as a banker. Eventually I lost this job & now I'm simply a teacher of a junior level school. My authority thinks I'm not a good teacher. I agree with them because it is very hard to me to teach a boy or girl of just 10 years of age.
After loosing my banking job I tried to manage fund to start a book stall. But I couldn't able to manage the fund. I'm still hopeful that one day I must start a book shop, where all kind of books will be available. 
Now what can I do except giving name & links of my favorite classics?

A WISHFUL THINKING

The following notice I have been sending for 2 years to brokers & investors through internet for my dream project. But the result is negative. Is there any one who will come forward & will make my dream true?

My home town Rangpur is now a divisional city of Bangladesh. Development is taking place in every corners of this town. New offices are opening and these creating new opportunities of job. So people are coming here randomly. As they are outsider, they have not their own house here. They are taking rent house. But in this sector, there arising a problem. Rangpur doesn't offer huge housing apartment for rent. So people are crowding in family house, making too much problem in privacy & other positions.

Building of many multi stories apartment complex is the only solution of this housing problem & it need to built in a hurry. I have a 6 decimals land in the heart of Rangpur town. If fund is available, I can make a 7 stories apartment housing complex in this land. If every floor of this building, except ground floor consists of 4 units, there will be 24 flats available to rent 24 families. We will be the pioneer in commercial housing sector in this newly named metro city.

To build a 7 stories 4 units apartment building I will need $1050, 000. From the investor I require $1,000,000. Remaining $50,000 will be my invest. This building will remain mortgaged to the investor. If they want more collateral securities I’m able to do so.

Not everyone in our country has motorcar they have motorcycle. So we will able to start a grand book stall & stationary shop in the front half of the ground floor. All types of academic & stories books will be available here. As Rangpur is a educational town with newly started University, Medical, Dental & Technical colleges; there are great chance of earnings in this sector also.
